All sales are subject to an admin fee $245 (paperwork, temporary tag, postage, airport transportation, and the Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at 0.001820 of the purchase price. Ex. $10000 purchase = $18.20 VIT Taxes.For Canadian Pre-Owned car buyers: If the title is to be released at the time of delivery (which is pretty much mandatory to get your vehicle thru customs), bank to bank wire transfers is your quickest way to handle this transaction. If buyers payment is not a bank wire transfer, i.e., certified bank check or approved loan check, the title will only be released when all funds have cleared. Please keep in mind the the funds verification process can take several weeks. We will assist buyer with whatever documents you will need to clear Canadian customs, but knowing exactly which documents are required by your home province are the buyers responsibility. Terms:Terms and Conditions of Sale: Please be advised that Euro 2 Motors is the actual seller of this vehicle. We are a legal registered dealer in the state of Texas. All titles are subject to a 21 day waiting period in order to be transferred (for in-state residents only), or to be signed off and overnighter to the buyer by the seller. Any and All vehicles being sold are guaranteed to have original and authentic titles (more detail below). All vehicles are sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. All buyers are required to make a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of auction. Pay Pal is accepted for the deposit. The rest of the balance must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction by cashier's check, money order, cash in person or bank to bank wire transfer. The seller has disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or authorized service centers after winning the auction ($500 deposit required, refundable if the car does not match the descriptions). All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion. In the State of Texas, titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles, and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Texas. Titles will be sent via USPS certified mail for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes. You must respond by phone or email within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm your intention to buy. The $500 deposit must be received within 24 hours, the sale must be completed within 7 days after the auction closes (please notify us for any exceptions). If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the deposit is not received within 3 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
