This vehicle is being sold with a Wisconsin Title branded "NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE" (NAM). The odometer currently displays approximately 145,000 miles, but the true total mileage is legally unknown. This brand was issued due to a clerical error by a previous owner (a foreign national on a visa) during a prior title transfer. The state of Wisconsin does not certify the odometer reading.

### MECHANICAL CONDITION
The car has a persistent misfire on Cylinders 1 and 3. I have performed the following troubleshooting:
NEW Spark Plugs installed.
NEW Ignition Coils installed.
Confirmed: Spark plug wells are completely dry (no oil leaks).
The vehicle is pulling codes P0016 / P052A (Cam/Crank Correlation), which points to a VVT or timing issue.
### KNOWN ISSUES
Engine: Needs VVT solenoid replacement or timing service to clear the misfire.
Steering: Noticeable "play" in the steering when driving; needs inspection of tie rods or linkage.
Ignition: The ignition barrel is worn; you must push the key inward while turning to engage the starter.
