This vehicle runs and drives, but it needs engine work. The engine loses oil pressure at idle and makes a loud ticking noise.

Seller Notes
I am the original owner of this 2003 Ford Explorer XLT V6. The truck has always been maintained over the years.
It has about 161,000 miles. The transmission was rebuilt about 35,000 miles ago and has no issues.
The timing chain system, including front and rear chains, guides, and tensioners, was also replaced around the same time.
The main issue is that the engine now needs an oil pump replacement. It loses oil pressure when idling and makes a loud ticking noise.
The truck does run and drive, but I do not recommend driving it long distances until the oil pump/engine issue is repaired.
This is a good vehicle for someone mechanically inclined who can repair it themselves or replace the engine.
