Any claims made by Exotic Car Trader are not applicable to licensed automotive dealers. Dealer transactions MUST and may only be accepted through OVE "As-Is" or via Wholesale Order.

Shipping Information:
When a customer submits an inquiry through eBay, a sales representative will provide a shipping quote based on the pickup and delivery locations. Buyers will be given options for open or enclosed trailer transport.

Taxes & Fees:
Sales tax, tag, title, registration fees, and other government fees are NOT included in the advertised price.
A $1,299 Pre-Delivery Service Charge is NOT included in the advertised price.

Vehicle Condition & Sales Terms:
All Exotic Car Trader vehicles are pre-owned and sold in “AS-IS” condition. However, most vehicles have the remainder of the factory warranty or may qualify for an extended service contract that can be purchased at an additional cost to the buyer. Ask an associate for details.
Vehicles older than 10 years and/or with more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.
Mileage posted in the listing may vary slightly due to test-driving, road testing, or in-transit shipping.
Buyer receives copies of all paperwork pertaining to the transaction, and any after-sale work must be in writing and signed by an Exotic Car Trader representative. NO VERBAL PROMISES OR GUARANTEES.

Deposit & Payment Terms:
A $500.00 REFUNDABLE deposit will hold a vehicle for 24 hours for the customer to obtain funds or financing. After 24 hours, the deposit WILL automatically be refunded, and the vehicle will be available for sale to the public.
The $500.00 deposit is required for all eBay Motors transactions and must be made within 24 hours.
eBay Motors Customers must establish contact with an Exotic Car Trader associate within 24 hours of auction end, or the transaction will be voided. Exotic Car Trader only accepts final payment via Wire Transfer, Certified Cashier’s Check, or Bank Financing.

Jurisdiction & Venue:
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Broward County, Florida. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Broward County, Florida, and all obligations of the Buyer for the vehicle shall be payable in Broward County, Florida.
All parties agree that for any transaction involving this vehicle, the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Broward County, Florida.

Keys, Books, and Manuals:
Exotic Car Trader lists and sells vehicles for sellers nationwide. As a result, a second key, books, or manuals will NOT be included unless explicitly stated in writing.

Auction Sales:
All eBay auctions are subject to sale outside of eBay. Contact a member of our team to place a refundable deposit on a vehicle and secure it before the auction ends within 24 hours.
