The 1955 Morris Traveler is a classic car with a burgundy interior and blue exterior. This wagon has 4 seats and a manual transmission, making it a unique and collectible piece for car enthusiasts. With a 1098 CC A-Series engine and left-hand drive, this vehicle offers a comfortable and nostalgic driving experience for those who appreciate vintage automobiles. The split-screen Traveller is a rare car and as left-hand drive even more rare. This will be a great car when restored.
Rolling shell. Almost no rust as this was a California car. I have a 1098 engine and ribcase gearbox that are out of the car. Gearbox tunnel cover and master cylinder cover are out of car. The front suspension including steering rack is new and in car. Front disc brake kit not assembled. New wiring loom, wood kit from Woodies, in the UK, rebuilt master brake cylinder, brake lines, replacement headlight chrome, original manual, UK Heritage Certificate, original title from CA, other parts will go with it. Current VT registration. Title on order, no leins. The car rolls but does not have a driveshaft in. Will require towing to your location. I simply haven't been able to complete this project as I don't have a garage and would like to focus on my convertible (also a Morris Minor!)
I forgot to mention in the original post that I do have the chrome surrounds for the windscreens. Those are very rare and will complete this vehicle nicely.
