1932 Ford Cabriolet High Boy built by “Street Rods by Michael" in Shelbyville, Tennessee. The special fiberglass body is one of twelve built by Gary Ball.
Exterior
The car features a power tilt front end, power windows and power deck lid, all by remote control. It has a lift-off fiberglass top with full upholstery on the underside. The wheelbase is extended 4’” in the engine compartment and the doors are lengthened 4” for an easier entrance.
The paint is Cadillac Pearl White with delicate blue pinstriping.
The car rides on a set of American Racing "Torq Thrust" wheels (14" front; 15" rear) with Cooper CS3 Touring 185/60R14 tires in the front and Mastercraft Avenger G/T P255/70R15 tires in the rear.
Interior
The seats are by TEA's Design and have fold down arm rests. The upholstery is blue tweed with accents of white and blue leather. There is a JVC stereo receiver with Bluetooth and a JVC 12-disc CD player.
All gauges are by Dakota Digital. The air and heat are by Vintage Air. It has a Dakota Digital cruise control kit, but it has not been set up to operate.
Engine/Suspension/Transmission
The 350 Chevy small-block was built by Bell & Gaines in Modesto, California. It features Edelbrock aluminum heads and cam. It is balanced and blueprinted. The Barry Grant 6-pack intake system is polished and powder coated. The engine idles smooth, runs very strong, and gets really good gas mileage on the road. The polished aluminum radiator has a SPAL 330cfm electric fan. The car has a custom made 15 gallon stainless steel gas tank.
